Terms of our Flexi Trial

Our 60 day posture flexi trial, the details. 

Trial Details

You can try our Posture Flexi product for 60 days to see and feel how it helps you with your posture.  You need to purchase the product directly from our website at swedishposture.co.uk to begin your trial. 

The trial is available only in the United Kingdom and only for Flexi's bought directly from us while the trial is active.  The trial begins on the 14.08.18 and we reserve the right to end it at any time without notice. 

You don't need to keep the packaging of your flexi once you've bought it, but you will need to place it in an envelope or suitable postage container for our couriers to collect it should you not be 100% satisfied and decide to return it during the trial. 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your flexi you'll need to email us at mark@swedishposture.co.uk within 60 days or on the 61st date from your purchase to let us know you'd like to return it.

In that case we will arange with you for it to be collected, or if you find it easier to send it yourself we will provide you with a postage label to print.  It is your responsibility to make sure you return the product intact and within 2 weeks of the end of your trial.  Any longer and we reseve the right not to issue you a refund. 

We'll ask you for a bit of feedback if you decide the flexi isn't for you. That's not us trying to put you off returning it but because we believe that feedback is the best way to continue to develop the best products and help more people with their posture.  We don't need an essay, but a sentence or two that explains what you didn't like is really helpful. 

Any refund you are eligible for will be paid when the collection has been made and our quality control teams have assessed the Products for any damage.

We reserve the right to refuse the flexi 60 day trial to anyone not operating as a consumer or who is otherwise in breach of these Terms.

If we have grounds to believe that you are returning the fleix for any reasons other than because your genuinely dissatisfied with the product we reserve the right to refuse to accept the return, not give you a refund and reserve the right to refuse to sell Swedish Posture Products to you in the future, either through the Site or otherwise. Please note that this does not affect your legal rights as a consumer. 

The trial is currently for our Posture Flexi product only.
